A.D.S. provides full service meeting planning and event management. Whether your event has 2,000 attendees or 30, your members expect a top of the line experience. We provide seamless logistics and are on-site to personally manage the day-to-day operations. In addition to large scale conferences and small group meetings, we also manage activities such as educational sessions, golf outings, tradeshows and other special events.

Our meeting managers provide direction in choosing the best venues for your event, as well as the critical support needed to make them a success. Our teams coordinate hotel blocks, vendor negotiation, catering and onsite staffing. We also coordinate the promotional activities and registration for your event. Where appropriate, A.D.S works diligently with each association to create personalized exhibit and sponsorship programs that deliver information about new products and services to attendees, as well as generating revenue.
